Durags fell out of favor back in like 2005 or 2006. By 2010 only dusty nikkas were wearing them out in public. If you had on a durag you were a certified bum.

Makes sense they are coming back. Durags were at their peak from around 1999-04 so the two decade nostalgia gap is right on time.
