Would you agree that Sony is price gouging? What?! It's the same as a regular WD SN850x, who gives a shyt about the Sony branding? Can you stick a regular PCIe 3 SSD into the Xbox?

I would agree if they tried to hide that all compatible SSDs work, like I agree they buried that Horizon Forbidden West PS4 version came with the free PS5 upgrade for $10 less and a lot of people got fooled by that, but in this case if you paying for the Sony branding on the box that's a personal L, in my humble opinionWould you agree that Sony is price gouging?

This isn’t some broke ass budget company. They are just as reputable as anyone else selling storage.
When the truth equals chaos then………..You an agent of chaos
Depends the size (pause).I get that there are advantages to sony solution mainly price.
It’s just hypocritical to talk about how price is the advantage then also say you gotta buy the most expensive compatible drives anyway.
And also as of now, Xbox had a western digital ssd drive that’s pretty comparable in price to the endorsed drive from sony. So the price advantage isn’t really there anymore.
That reddit post @daze23 posted clowning ADATA that dude was using a Sony VaioEverybody isn’t gonna be following reviews and by all accounts Adata is a successful and reliable company.
Dudes just always in a hurry to feverishly defend sony.
Nasty work
