In the before they were famous category, video appearances by future artists

In Gangstarr's "Just to Get a Rep", Jeru is the guy in the robbery crew that says "yo, you wanna turn this to a homicide rap?."

Wyclef is the bass player in "Don't Sweat the Technique"

- The "Doin It" beat by LL Cool J was originally meant to be Biggie's lead single for Life After Death but Diddy was delaying Ringo's payment. LL heard the beat and offered him cash on the spot. This is why in the background of the song you hear "GO BROOKLYN!!! GO BROOKLYN!!!". Diddy called Ringo later on screaming and cursing him for giving the beat to Uncle L
I could see biggie rapping on that beat

Yeah shorty was a cheerleader in hs, but it wasn't mainly white. She went to Columbia HS in Jersey, its pretty mixed but its a town next to Newark, Irvington and the Oranges it aint t the boonies.
My kids went there. I lived three houses down from Lauren’s grandma. SZA went there, too. Lots of talent came outta that school.
The Marleys lived on the block too. Hung out with the Roots when they were taking a smoke break outside of Lauren’s studio.
Fun times
