Oh right, it's a hard one cause Kool Moe Dee says it happened, so I guess would need to hear some audio of Kane's side then.
It's in the Kool Moe Dee book, anyone who's got it can verify, and there and several who do on here.
It's actually in the KRS-One chapter of the book, because after Kane declined KRS said he WOULD battle Mel, that was the night their historic battle happened.

I had no reason to believe it wasn't true, until you said it wasn't. I was just reporting what Kool Moe Dee said in the book, it would be VERY odd for him to mention Kane in the KRS chapter if it didn't happen, I don't see the need for him to lie about that.
Where did you ask Kane? In person, in an interview, or on twitter or what? And what did he exactly say? Cause Mel did NOT battle Kane, what Moe Dee said was he declined out of respect. Maybe the truth is somewhere in the middle, maybe Kane just didn't take up the challenge rather than flat out refusing. I don't know, I wasn't there. At the end of the day unless you are there you don't really really know, but obviously Moe Dee is a reputable source.
How does KRS's account contradict what Moe Dee said though?
