In made countries in Europe, you learn how to drive with a manual gearbox.
My mans told me just a few years ago, that automatic was for girls and old people (but even they had to learn how to drive stick in order to get their license).

Anyways if you like driving cars, manual transmission is the only way i.e. to have full control over your car.

shyt is dumb easy. I learned in five minutes. The thing with a stick shift is you have to want to learn it. Once you get the concept down, it is pretty straight forward.

Both my cars are stick shifts.
It's probably some lil Oakland nikka hasn't tried to steal them yet.

Anyway, if you buy an automatic sports car, you need that ass beat.

Me and my girl both have Jettas with the same turd engine but my car is a manual. Sure it's slow but it's gets me to where I need to go. Meanwhile her car is automatic and it's damn near undrivable because the transmission is so awful.

Whenever I'm driving her car I feel like I'm playing a game of chess with the transmission in order to get it to react how I want it to. In a standard you drive the car in an automatic the car drives you.
Only a person who drives a stick shift would say somethin like this.

Anyways I'm learning. Bout to become a truck driver making that Guap so I gotta learn. Not that hard but it sure was frustrating. But now i was sports car with a manual transmission.:pachaha:

He's right tho.
Automatic transmission + today's DBW systems = garbage driving experience.

Been riding motorcycles for 15yrs, stick shift car is easy as fuk. I remember back in the day a friend worked at a Honda car dealership across from my house, I came over for 5 days straight driving one of they used cars (del Sol) till it I had it down, plus Honda transmissions are notoriously easy. I've rarely dealt with rush hour traffic so I definitely love my car being stick shift.

Cant even profile in the car with your arm out the window.

You cant even enjoy the vibe of mellow music in a stick shift.

yep cant enjoy things like a drink (coffee) in the whip also, im not knocking it though they are fun to drive at times, but i dont like having both arms occupied 24/7.

Why the hell would anyone put themselves through this tomfoolery

My brother just tried to teach me to drive his ford truck and I killed the engine about 3,000 times :jada:
Technically, you didn't kill the engine. The clutch and transmission probably took beating.
