last e3? you ignored the previews from the event a few weeks ago where someone claimed the game was trash at e3 but the new build they played was a night and day difference?Nobody wants the game to be bad.
Reality is, all hands on from e3 last year said the game sucked and didn't look that good. After a year delay I'm sure there are some improvements, but its still the same game.
Put that up against the follow up to arguably the best arcade racer of the last decade and there's literally NO reason to believe driveclub will be the better game.
That would be like Microsoft announcing that they are publishing a uncharted-alike made by double helix, and people instantly claiming the game will be better than UC4

So lets stop the back and forth. You tell me what's got you excited about the game. What makes you want it above other recent racers? You already admitted you aren't a big racing game can, so what is it about driveclub that has you so intrigued?

It is still the same game. They were too far along to scrap it and start over.
If history tells us anything about games is that once a shyt game, delays won't turn it into a masterpiece.
And I never said the game couldn't be better, In fact I said I'm sure it's better since then.
Basically what we have on this game is that it was trash last year, and its better than that this year. That's it. Beyond console wars, with any game in any genre, that's not a very promising situation.
you realize the e3 build was in pre-alpha right? it was 35% done. how can you make a conclusion on the games final release based off of that?
I have not made any conclusions. I've only talked about what we know. And what we know isn't very promising.
It could be a great game, but we really don't have any evidence to support that right now, but there's plenty of evidence to the contrary.
you spoke about what you DON'T know though. you said the game was trash last year not cognizant of the state it was in. now you're saying it's not looking too promising. speak for yourself, the latest pre e3 videos showed an amazing looking game; something you and @daze23 have a hard time admitting because reasons. y'all have the tendency to make serious drive by troll comments whenever it's shown. whatever though, keep on stanning.
