Why are you arguments lacking any logic in them or an understanding of possible consequences. You don't go 96mph an area that anyone could happen to walk into the street A 35mph zone is normally in residential areas. Why even speed recklessly like that, when you have whole freeways you can do that stuff on, with the possibility of children being near by being near nil?

I consider a lot unsafe for the geography. If that was nighttime it would have been bad since you can't see whats ahead of you. Because it was a short burst during the day time on an empty road it's nothing to be concerned about as proven by the fact no one was hurt
