I saw on bleacher report they discussed giving up up Duren and Bojan for B.I. of N.O.

Who says no? IMO, this ain’t enough to grab N.O.’s attention. I’d do it as the Pistons
Nah, Duren can add/work on his game. We haven't seen everything be can do yet. B.I is a blackhole on offense, and isn't the defender/rebounder Duren is already

I thought I replied to this. I guess I didn’t hit send.

I think Duren is excellent at what he does but in the nba, shot blocking and rebounding without scoring doesn’t make a difference. Gobert doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of success. If Duren can’t score he’s not a third.
I think you underestimate his willingness and skill as a passer and his ability to be a switchable defender. You put someone like Hendricks next to him and you can effectively play drop coverage better or even use Duren as a roamer. He’s athletic, gifted, and flashed a decent looking jumper since high school. Plus he dunks everything around the cup and is a good offensive rebounder. All while being younger than a lot of the lotto class this season. He’s got no real ceiling to me yet

Admittedly, I do underrate him.

I’m down on nba draft picks in general. I see how these players evolve then leave. I’m frustrated with the nba as a whole. We aren’t getting free agents to come play for us and we’re getting shyt on by the only vehicle that can give us a chance, the draft. I feel like we’re headed for Timberwolve territory. They’ve been the future since Kevin love.

Bro, I’m just venting. I’ll probably get motivated about our future later this year but right now I’m salty.

Wolves never can get out of their own way. That’s why Troy weaver has to be as advertised. The wolves were the organization that gets Kevin love and drafts Rubio and Johnny Flynn BACK TO BACK before Steph Curry. The wolves are the team that loses picks because of tampering for Joe smith. Wolves are the organization that let marbury leave. Wolves are the organization that trades six picks and swaps and Walker Kessler for Rudy Gobert. We were like them under SVG who basically traded the pick that became SGA or Miles Bridges for Blake. Who didn’t flip Drummond when he could have got multiple picks from Charlotte and other teams. The team is imo most optimistic as it’s been since the early 2000s. Cade, Ivey, Duren, cap space, a top five pick. Our three biggest name players are 21,21, and 19. We have to wait until these guys are 24+ and have experience together. That’s a core I’m willing to bet on

Ingram is not a black hole .. I’d make that move in a heartbeat.

5 is a nasty spot,I’d LOVE to move it and get a legit established player here . If they have to make the pick rn I’m leaning towards Ausar.

Whitmore looks like Saddiq Bey with hops…just a different version of mid

Duren has best big in the league potential, that would be a mistake to break this core up and they don’t even have a season together
Yeah i agree. I say the same thing about Houston. I feel like both Detroit and Houston needs to give their young core another season together with some real coaches before they decide to start breaking things up, especially Detroit. Since Cade hasn’t had a chance to play with all the first round picks.

We both know Casey and Silas weren’t coaching/developing shyt out there.
It’s sounds bad but the reality is y’all have a chance to get the better shooters in the draft around Cade and Ivey at the 5h pick with Whitmore or Ausir Thompson.

Ausir really didn’t show any shooting imo but I’m not against him his brother Jerace Taylor or cam at five
