I'll say this, they're team mates but they also grown adults with families, separate lives, different upbringings, different codes/values/morals, etc.

That's definitely part of working it out as a team, but that'll only happen over time and it's not unconditional yet because it's in the early stages. Poole only been in the league for two years so they're still learning about each other.
