first of all it was not tough talk it was typical basketball shyt talk and you know how you know? because no one was rushing to step in. they didn't think anything of it because it was nothing crazy being said to cross a line. trash talk is normal, punching people in the jaw is not. I doubt your ass has ever even been in a fight to say this is not a big deal. they are seriously considering getting rid of him.
I’ve been in plenty of fights, most importantly teammates in practice fights. What teams did you play on in your life? You assuming ass nikka, you don’t know what was said between Draymond and Poole nor do you know how Poole feels about the situation.

Above the fray.
You’re playing semantics. It could be called assault and that would fit better. But in employment law terms he would have a hostile work environment claim and that would count as abuse.
It is assault.

Here's the thing about hostile work environment.
Dray, a known hot heat and loud mouth, is shown in the earlier interview posted saying that Poole was a hot head and loud mouth.
......and that Poole's ways might have bothered other teammates.

Certain the Warriors have footage of Poole saying and gesturing all types of wild shyt to other players in practice since he arrived there. I doubt that this is the first time that others had to step in and try to de-escalate an argument that could potentially turn physical involving Poole.
That extensive footage would suggest that he had a hand in creating the hostile work environment and climate that boiled over.

given the report today poole has not forgiven up to this point its safe to assume he does not :francis:
I don’t think Poole has to necessarily forgive but if he wants to fulfill his potential then it’s best to compartmentalize and move on. Sometimes pride will be your biggest distraction

poole does not need draymond to fulfill his potential. and that is easy for you to say when you arent the one getting knocked out by him on video. he will never FW draymond after this and rightfully so.

Your thinking is pure emotional, Poole might feel some type of way and rightfully so but he will have to act with logic if he’s going to keep hooping on a high level. Give it some time and they will be back dapping up cause they share a common goal as teammates, playing winning basketball. As for Draymond, he’s on the thinnest of ice right now so I doubt he will try to pull some bs like this again.

Deflecting away from me questioning why an argument that escalated to violence between two co-workers is called abuse.

Any thoughts on that?
It's a form of workplace abuse, no one should have to go to work and be afraid or worried about getting into physical confrontations with coworkers. Usually one or both of these people would be fired.
