As soon as they are moved into those neighborhoods they are no longer good middle class areas. Its hard to believe but at one point Riverdale and Jonesboro GA were nice areas. They tore down the projects and moved those people into those neighborhoods and they went down in a hurry. They fukked Clayton Co all the way up.

My parents were well off middle class surburbanites with class and wouldn't dare be caught sippin' 40s and cussing around their kids. I had no problems with gangs and I actually went to a very great school where black children achieved at all levels, where many of us graduated and went to great colleges, even Ivy Leagues. We all have great careers and have never had to worry about or chances of being successful being dependent on one of our friends not being successful.

Yuo could walk in the Atlanta projects wearing any color you want (I know because i did it for years) and wasnt shyt gonna happen based on that. There was maybe one area in the whole city where you would get fukked up on sight, thats it. What im trying to relate to you is that when you take the people out of the projects and move them to another area they gonna bring the same project mentality and behavior to that new area.

Did you walk through the projects in Atlanta before they tore them down. It was country as fukk there too. The only projects i felt unsafe just being in the area was Thomasville Heights. Villa Monte over near the federal pen was bad too, thats about it. The rest of them shyts had nikkas sitting out on the front porch just chilling unless you were a part of the dope gang.

And to your overall point. You dont have to grow up in the exact situation as Kendrick to relate to it more than Drake. My family wasnt poor by any means but we damn sure didnt grow up like Drake. Also if we didnt go through those situations ourselves most black people have family that has and therefore we can understand where he is coming from.
