If he didn't use AI it wouldn't be bad, people only feel a way about this song because of verse 1

Except if AI was always thing 96 Pac would've definitely used the shyt too. Death didn't stop Pac from talking about people. "Switched sides guess his new friends wanted him dead"

There can't be no rules in rap battles now all of a sudden...well...we found the rule book. It says here number 1 rule is you can't mimic dead people. Not after decades of threatening to shoot & stab each other, laughing at sickle cell & diseases, fukking the rapper's underage daughter, condoms on the baby seat etc. nikkas were coming out the woodwork with regulations for Drake to follow and didn't even need to he lost anyway

You can do and say ANYTHING in a rap battle, but you better make sure it LANDS with the populace and strikes a blow against your opponent. The A.I. bullshyt didn’t land with anyone and it didn’t strike a real blow against Kendrick. When you invoke the spirit of Tupac Shakur your calling upon the persona of a true Hip Hop deity. I’m not even a Pac fan like that but everyone who has even a passing interest in rap knows that Pac is considered a God. Drake not only made a mockery of a dead legend, he used it against a WEST COAST artist, which was foolish as fukk, because it only served to help unite the West Coast behind Kendrick’s cause. Just like when Drake had the nerve to call out who was and wasn’t banging sets on Family Matters. Thats West Coast shyt you don’t play with, especially when Kendrick has been outspoken on never claiming a set or gang.

Almost every decision Drake made after Push Ups helped to prove Kendrick’s main point correct. Drake is an outsider who cosplays as a Hip Hop artist without understanding any goddamn thing about the CULTURE surrounding the music.

This “culture” argument is a shield you all use to defend trying to call him white.

Taylor Made was the most creative thing we’ve seen in rap in…years.

It says you're reppin Ft Stewart, GA so sorry I'm not trying to read what a Georgia nikka has to say about "invoking Tupac" lmao

Which adds to the point, if Cali nikkas/Pac's family & friends felt a way...fine. Handle Aubrey when he touches down, go the legal route and handle it, whatever is fair game. nikkas from all these other miscellaneous states chiming in about how the West and everybody else should feel....that's when nikkas to sit down. That's why I don't have a problem with Kendrick's bar on NLU because it's Cali shyt

And if we're keeping it 100 Kenny played the AI games first with the Kobe shyt, I don't remember any outrage, the shyt was admired. Again, comes back to context. Kendrick didn't defame Kobe, Drake didn't defame Pac. He used Pac to defame somebody else but again there's no rules in rap right?

This is what these white boys are talking about when OVO stans come through and say ya'll rewrite shyt to fit whatever goes against Aubrey because it's Aubrey. Either there's no rules, no holds barred and Drake looks like a bytch for suing. Or, we can start adding in shyt when we feel like and if that's the case Drake can too and in that world suing is fair game too. We both know which one shyt really is, we just don't like how low somebody got. That's fine, but there's nothing against it and more vulgar shyt has been done and said. That's my only point.

Its funny how “theres no rules” but when drake sues its like “thats against the rules” :dead:

Drake clearly doesn’t give a shyt about trying to satisfy opinions anymore

Quite possibly one of the worst songs ever. And this dude also has the heart part 6 ins his catalog :dead:

Punch said after having dropped Taylor Made, it was 100% guarantee that Kendrick would win, because when you drop something THIS bad, you just can't recover from it. He has a point :yeshrug:

The fact Drake fans themselves laughed at this embarrassment of a song kinda tells you everything you need to know about the track :pachaha:
Still can't believe Drake really dropped 4 duds in a row, when his opponent probably dropped 4 of the best diss songs ever, most unbalanced rap battle ever, they should have never allowed Drake to fight Kendrick, shyt was like David vs Goliath except in this story Goliath ate David alive :dead:

This track hard idc what anyone say
really just love what it represents

it was a misstep in hindsight
but take out the context and this song is some good trolling.

some bars in here are pretty tough too

“Now’s a time to really make a power move
Cause right now it’s looking like you writing out the game plane on how to lose
How to bark up the wrong tree and get your head pipped in a crowded room”

like that flow. dude got washed something serious but

its the only track on drakes side that actually had me like” :lupe: is this mf actually about to body kendrick” just based on how overconfident he was.
its his 2nd best song in the beef (fm #1) but euphoria turned this funny trolling track into dust.

you know what. I actually kinda agree with this.

i wont say its the most creative thing. But the actual concept is dope.

it just didnt go the way he wanted it to

yeah i didnt listen to this right just cause i was confused by the whole idea of it.

but when i heard it. i definitely thought like what he got in the tuck:jbhmm:

and like someone else said a few posts above.

If kendrick lost, this song wouldve been looked at as if it was the most genius thing to come out of rap

One of the laziest, least creative track ever made in rap. Everyone was talking about how easy it was to make something line that with ai but artists had enough ethic and respect for the art not to make this crap.

Of course drake was the one to cross the line, and shyt was just...bad.

Yeah I fukked with this track heavy when it dropped. I thought the AI parts were creative but just ok but in that last verse he floating on him and is the main song that had the proper diss tone and flow where he was just talking down on Kendrick. He also unknowingly set the table perfect for Kendrick which is the funny part. It set up even more anticipation for Kendrick's diss while also positioning Kendrick look like the underdog and had people wondering if Kendrick had it in him to really battle.
