7/10, decent album not a classic, I feel his lyrics has regressed a bit as for his singing it's amazing how he has not improved in the department.

so i've listened to it front to back several times now and it's just very meh. Lyrical content its nothing really new, he's just talking the same stuff really but that's Drake. The massive issue here is that 40 is not really being innovative anymore...like his production is just starting to blur all together now and it's making Drake sound much the same. I really think this is a massive thing being overlooked, people are quick to criticise Drake but 40 seems to dodge basically everything yet I feel like he deserves some flack for something this uninspired? But back to Drake he just sounds.....lost? If you played a playlist made of views, more life and scorpion I feel like if I never heard any of them i'd say they're all part of the same project. There's just no diversity to his music anymore, he's got money and streams but fukk, this is boring and I don't want it to be. It's far too long, there's so many fillers to this thing as well and most of it is forgettable in my eyes. In my eyes he needs to stick the sound on "Peak" and "Emotionless" and if he ever really wants to claw back some sort of artist/creative credibility. That was the winning formula for him and it works. I know there's a lot of people that are going to disagree with this but this Pusha T beef has probably shot a lot of his confidence deep down and he most likely feels vulnerable but will never show it for obvious reasons. Dodging the beef then dropping something like this.....i dunno man....it's hard for me to really look past this all

Well I listened to the whole thing and let me first say I'm not much of a Drake fan and haven't listened to a full project since NWTS. With that said I think this project is cool :ehh: Dope production throughout. Shallow lyrically as always with dude :martin: I mean can somebody give this man some subject matter
full
damn near every song is about bytches or how everybody hating on him :martin:
cool project though. 7/10
