Great news!!! More mid albums going into 2030. I ain’t listened to a drake album more than once since NWTS.

Dude worries about one 3 singles being catchy and says fukk it on the rest of his albums. And people are still stans. Not me.
werid because honestly drake has projects much better than NWTS

Can't ever ever knock nobody's hustle as long as their hustle isn't killing us...salute to Drake. My man aint even that nice, and that barely nice shyt is written by assorted pens...but he playing the game with cheat codes and winning, gotta respect it.

His "style" is one that is meant to last too, shyt like "Hold on, we're going home" and "Passionfruit", etc... those aren't contemporary or current records, they're forever records....I'm sure he got plenty more in the clip, he's probably worth them 400 m's

Up to 400 million……..

this is one of those football deals where are player signs for 150 million ……gets cut at some point and walks away with 12 million :mjlol:

Drake hits all the incentive clauses. His throwaway shyt makes it top 10 on the charts….. 13 years in.

Independent he can't cheat, or he has to spend his money instead of Universal's to cheat. He needs them, he's a media creation, not a real grassroots Hip-Hop MC.

This here.

Certain artists need major labels. Universal has been funding the machine for Drake for 13 years. Crazy budgets for producers and writers for him. All that PR and marketing comes from their pockets. He drops a project or tours, and he has to recoup the bread and everyone else that has a hand in "management" or ownership in his publishing. So going indie wouldn't work for him because he'd lose a ridiculous amount of bread in trying to sustain his career at this level. This way, Universal keeps getting paid, and Drake gets to stay mad visible on their dime that he has to pay back.

Music Business 101.
