First off, fukk DMX. He a 40 year old washed up crackhead who beat up Canibus before the Diz battle.

What gives X the right to get salty over Aaliyah when Aaliyahs peoples don't have no problems with it?

I got mad love for DMX. Even if he is a crackhead. Way better artist than Drake is. I'm glad he's calling out rich boy Drake but I don't see how him saying he never met a gangster from Toronto is relevant to talking about Drake unless hes taking about them "catch a body like that" corny lines.

But I did hear that DMX got robbed for his chain and cash at a video shoot in Toronto. I could believe it cause when I was younger I believe circa 2000 - 2002 I used to see this nicca X everywhere in Toronto so I'm sure somebody had to boost their manhood and check him.

What's he right about?

Aaliyah's family approves this move. Her flesh and blood. That makes it his right.

Drake never said he wouldn't include Timbo & Missy, they said they wouldn't be a part of it. Two different things.

X don't know what went down, neither does anybody else but the parties involves.

Also, why do you have to know her to produce her record?

Aaliyah's immediate family have been very open about the fact that they do not support this album.

Timbo actually said that he wanted him and Missy to be involved but they weren't contacted. But I think someone reached out to them after the fan backlash from that wack ass "Enough Said" track. Before that song the label was saying "we want to present Aaliyah to a new generation, we dont want to make a nostalgic album", after that song they started saying "we are definitely going to be working with the producers who worked with her".

DMX is right. he is cracked out, but he is right. Drake trying to take the Aaliyah project and have it entirely produced by him and 40 (which is what he initially said they was going to do) was self serving and disrespectful to her legacy. It wasn't in the fans best wishes, it was his own perogative.
