He wouldn't (or shouldn't) be settling for anything less than a full blown admission by UMG to what he's being accused of. The money is, and should be secondary.

Anything less than full victory and he deserves this latest round of clowning.

Over 98 percent of cases settle, I don’t see Drake taking something like this to trial. And if he does, you’re probably looking at something that isn’t resolved until 2026. The damage is done at that point - even if he wins the case, it’s too late. He’s likely suing because settlement discussions either fell through or universal told him to fukk off. We always send a demand letter before suing.
