But you can be damn sure Drake was gonna ask for 1B or something close to it. UMG would die before letting that happen, artists ain't supposed to become billionaires off of music, that would mean the record label is slippin'.
2. Passing the ball off to Kendrick is genius, because it puts the emphasis on the fact that Drake is salty he lost to Kendrick. Remember that this litigation revolves around "Not like us". UMG will not take the fall because Drake don't believe that he lost.
