that’s great and all, but doesn’t change the fact that streaming is taking the industry over, generates more revenue than pure sales, and thus its stats (translating to sales) can’t be ignored (as you did in your post).
focusing on pure sales numbers only is just a backwards, archaic way of thinking when most of the industry revenue comes from streaming.
keep doing it tho - if it helps make you feel better about drake’s numbers, do what you gotta do!

So posting in every Drake thread makes you look gay. It's okay to be obsessed with someone,
but you have to admit you're a stan at some point after spending so much of your time posting about them.
Scorpion was pushed so hard on streaming services customers complained and got refunds because it considered intrusive ads.
Respecting Drake’s streaming #s when they’re the direct result of an obnoxious Payola push is stan shyt. That’s like celebrating that iggy song fancy blowing up only after the label paid to have it played non stop.
I got spammed emails to go listen to Drake’s album which has never happened before. Then I open the app and get a pop up for the album. Then the homepage has Drake’s face on every single playlist with his songs pushed onto them.
If ANY album had been pushed as hard this it would have huge streaming #s.
The sales tell the real story and the only reason you’re dismissing them is because you don’t like what they say.
