Then I'll explain it so you get it.

I asked are people saying it's wack because he isn't rapping or is it because it's actually just wack musically. If they say it's wack because he isn't rapping then it makes me consider listening because I enjoy his non-rapping songs way more than him rapping. If they say it's wack because it's just bad then I'm not wasting my time.

You probably listen to hundreds of rap albums every year so to you it's nothing to just listen to whatever...I'm not like that
But I still don’t understand why you can’t just take some time and listen for yourself. It’s like you are too good to listen to see if there is anything on here you will like. We can’t tell you that.

IMO the album is bad and he sucks when he sings. But it’s not bad because he is singing it’s bad because it’s bad

Is the album trash because he isn't rapping or because the songs are just trash? This is the only Drake album I've ever been remotely interested in listening to, :ohhh:, I prefer his harmonizing over his rapping.

This album makes More Life sound like Songs In The Key Of Life

Ok through my first proper listen since skimming.

Speaking with my house head on, I'm not an expert but I have a few friends that are pretty deep in that scene and I know what kind of songs they would step to.

Massive is a go, would be surprised if it didn't chart very high in the UK charts for sure.
Calling my name is a go I'm pretty sure an extended version will be made for DJs.

These aren't sounds I'm personally going to play often just what I see being played out.

The rest sound like demos for the most part, very half hearted vocal perfrmances.

Hopefully he does two albums in one week, whereas the other one is rapper Drake. Might play it one more time, might that is.

Can’t really review it cause this is not the type of music I like, just like I won’t review BTS or Daddy Yankee

These songs are shyt. Does he even have a vocal coach? I get this being a departure from a traditional Drake album but, this isn't even a good representation of the genre he's stepping in. I'll never listen to any of these songs again not even the 21 Savage one because "tough talk" Drake just cannot be taken seriously.

If that's what you call harmonizing you need to listen to some real singing. He's off key, has no soul in his voice. Drake can't sing. Usher or Neyo would have sounded great over those house beats. Drake doesn't have the voice to pull it off. Or should i say he doesn't know how to use his voice properly to pull it off.

That's why I call what he does "harmonizing" as opposed to "singing", lol, he can't sing a lick. Somebody in here just described it best, he sounds like me trying to sing in the shower...but "Passionfruit"..."Hold on, we're going home"..."Hotline Bling", etc... are still some of my most played, most loved joints ever despite his non-existent singing skills.

As a nikka that has gotten bored with rap and has been listening to a ton of house/electronic shyt for the last 10 years I was interested in listening to this because I assumed nikkas was just hating on it because it was different …but nah this shyt is just straight up bad music regardless of the genre .

Agree on both points, Massive will do well over here in UK and/or Europe - ideal for the Summer Islands

Calling my name is my fave from album, just wish it was longer

Sticky another one
