I just think he killed the effectiveness by making the same mistake twice (multiple targets in one song) and telling some verifiably false lies again. I agree with Budden, that shyt would have killed most rappers. Kendrick isn't most rappers.

Nothing about what he said about Kendrick is verifiably false. Same with the weeknd and rocky.
Drakes perception isn't the best and hasn't been for a min so people are very willing to discredit anything he says, even if he doubles or triples down.
I genuinely don't know how anyone has meet the grahams ranked high if the bomb about the daughter is 100% false. Imo, that put some things in the light.

Went back and listened to everything. This would've definitely cooked anyone else. If Drake went back and forth with anyone else that dissed him, he would've bodied them. This was really good rapping and the instrumental is fire. Kendrick was really smart in neutralizing this immediately. Listening back though, I don't know how anyone could be surprised at where Kendrick took it given where Drake took it on here.
