We talking about raps, the styles.
Forget everything else and let's focus on this. Show me where Hush's style and raps are evident in Drake's songs. I mean, based on his style in the songs posted it should be easy to point out right?

So your example is a left over given for a Meek album. To help MEEK, who’s team is responsible for how they deal with their album credits ?

You know that’s an exception because on Drake albums they follow the process and credit :umad: kanye wasn’t crediting on early albums

1. We are not talking about Kanye. We're talking about Drake.

2. The post I replied to said Drake always credits his collaborators. ALWAYS!!! Which in this case he didn't. You wanna know why? Cause he tried to hide the fact he was using Quentin to give him material cause he if did credit him Meek and the world would find out and guess what they still did!

3. There has been situations when drake hasn't credited artists he took from Buma Boy is I can think of off top.

Nice try trying to deflect.

I must be missing something. Where did No Malice insinuate what Drake alleged? All he said was at first, it was him and his cousin then when he joined the army, Pusha basically got more involved in that. Those disses ring hollow now.
That's why I posted it .

He said his brother was around but after he left that's when he got involved in it heavy .

D-Dot damn near had a heart attack on Drink Champs recently arguing with the whole table about how much nikkas got "help" back in the day.

Convo starts around 55:00, writing talk starts at 1:03:00

repped for posting this vid because i avoid drink champs like the plague. and once again true to form they never let nikkas talk. d dot was making excellent points and nikkas kept talking over him, goddamn its frustrating

but from what i could make out he said that jalil was writing all of ecstasy's rhymes in whodini. which is funny to me because i always preferred ecstasy over jalil. goes to show how important the god given voice is along with mic presence and delivery. i also know that kid used to write for play

d dot was about to tear the house down and tony, rass and others kept shouting him down. i see eye to eye with d dot on the writing issue. you CAN be a true emcee and a lyricist and have nikkas write for you. its been this way since the beginning of this rap shyt but no one wants to hear the truth though

Did I not just post 20 songs that he actually has publishing rights to? How much more 'evident' do you need shyt to be homie? Kinda hard for Drake to even have a 'style' of his own, he been getting verses from him and other people from the jump.

Just as much as everyone knows about drake writing

:mindblown:

Breh seriously what are you on about?

You alluded to cube having writers based on some thing you 'think' you heard

I've never heard of cube having writers, i just know del threw him a nice off the wall lil track that he used..and like ive said, that's his cousin.

So again, does anyone have receipts on this?

Listen to Still D.R.E. You can clearly hear Jay-Z' s influence on the song from flow to cadence.
Listen to Compton on Kendrick's album. You can clearly hear Kendrick's influence on Dre' s verse from flow to cadence.
Listen to Kanye's 30 hours. You can clearly hear Drake's cadence and flow on the way Kanye raps his verse.
Listen to Nas' Queens Get The Money. You can clearly hear Jay Electronica's influence on Nas' cadence and flow on the way Nas raps his verse :troll:

Drake has a very distinct style of rapping. Based of the Hush songs posted and the songs he ghostwrote it should be easy to tell where Hush's pen starts and stops.

Del wrote most of Gangstaz Fairytale. Jungle came up with the first lines of One Mic. Stic.1 came up with the hook for Sly Fox and the concept of the Farrakhan track on Untitled. Superb gave Ghost a verse. Hav and P both said they wrote stuff for each other. Same with Bone Thugs. Layzie says he spit some rhymes that Flesh sent from prison.

I know you Drake fans are reading this thinking I'm with y'all, but no - one of your boys or fam or producers helping out is NOT the same fukking thing as what Drake has been doing.

Get all the way the fukk outta here.

I don't mind y'all still being fans, I LOVE Drake's first three albums + So Far Gone. Def a fan of that period. But y'all bringing up these other rappers and Juelzing is truly disgusting and I just hope y'all getting paid for this shyt.

Drake is a talented guy who can spit his ass off, but it was written like Nas but it came from Quentin.

When it comes to mcing he belongs with Kanye, Dre, and Puff and those dudes.

And he's not #1 there either :lolbron:

The tents is a myth.

Facts are, Del and Cube said that Del wrote an entire song for Cube.

And Cube wrote for Del as well.

It's a business.

The tents was confirmed by an artist from the tents, on radio. (Majid Jordan I believe) Have you not heard it?

Yes del gave his cuz a song.

Receipts on cube having writers?
