Considering the white man completely destroyed japan, id assume he was talking about his own people.Uub (black kid) is probably going to the main character of Dragonball Super. He's basically Goku's replacement son.
Thats good though.

This could be turned into a DBZ philosophy thread, got me thinking over here
Some potential thoughts that could be explored-
The notion of life, death, and death as a vehicle for redemption:
-Outside of childbirths, we always find the evil forces creating various life forms (Saibamen, androids)
-The notion of death for protagonists was always based in reincarnation via redemption. The ones who were privy to this option , but the less virtuous characters eventually fell alone the path to redemption.
The weak being just as vital as the strongest:
- Yamcha played a huge role in the Saiyan saga- without him overcoming his cowardice, the battle would be lost. The same is true for other sagas as well. As alluded to in another post, even the people force that encompasses the spirit bomb represents how power is disseminated to us all. As much as Goku was the leader, without the works of many, he would not be successful, akin to the relationship that MLK, Mandela, and other freedom fighters against colonialism/imperialism had with the masses.
Namek- Native Americans in America
-home land destroyed, put into a foreign land (reservations or assmilate like Piccolo/Kami)
-subject to nearly total extinction
-initially thought to be evil and as the villain, but became beloved after their mass genocide. Came to represent a noble savage archetype
-(Piccolo) willing to mentor the youth, even allowing him to emulate his clothes and mannerisms and is even willing to die for this youth that is not his own. The youth, in the midst of this saturation into a counter culture, gets a reminder that he is different, more powerful, and is destined for greatness, and eventually shed the ways of his master to adopt those of his largely absent father.
my bad i meant the coward with the sword who cut off vegeta's tail
Well they had tails and transformed into giant monkeys maybe thats why? Also(well to me personally) Frieza represented an oppressor similar to the "white man", and the Saiyans represented oppressed people or black people.
Especially with Frieza calling them monkeys.
all i did was look at parallels, everything won't match up 100%as far as Namek being native american
wat about them reproducing asexually & no women
An idea I also had during the Cell saga was:
Always put your faith and power into the children as they are the future and are the ones you will be passing the tourch on to. Gohan had such a pure understanding of his heritage and history (mostly because he had a very good father figure who told him all the keys to life) that he eventually killed the evil of the universe due to pure emotion and understanding. Another message, not only is your past just as important as your present, but also, a father with knowledge of self can raise very powerful children.
The funny thing is, I heard another theory which is the complete opposite of this. My cousin is fatherless and so are alot of his best friends, and one of his friends brought it out in a convo one time .,... "you know goku is really a shyt father, he was never around unless it was fighting time, apart from that dude had to fend for himself"
this is another theory that could work ... most fatherless people I know are very strong people;
Good shoutSuper Saiyan = dreadlocks
I've also read about another comparison that Saiyans = Black people.
