Wasn't Jeice as strong or stronger than Recoome?

I don't think it was ever officially stated. I could be wrong though. Dude was always just there, we didn't see him fight one on one until he faced a rejuvenated Vegeta and he got his ass handed to him. His fireball attack didn't do shyt the one time he used it. Just cuz dude was the only member that stayed alive longest next to Ginyu doesn't mean he was the second strongest, he just got lucky a few times

According the offical power level list made by Toriyama up to the Frieza saga, he's the 2nd strongest in the Ginyu force. So yeah he's stronger than Recoome

That being said he wasn't around long enough

Summer?! They aired these episodes on network TV and then it was moved to CN when it got popular but CN wasn't airing new episodes yet. We waited a YEAR for new DBZ.
