Lol at Gohan claiming inexperience. He spent years training under Piccolo and Goku for the Saiyans/Androids/Cell . He fought against Vegeta/Frieza/Cell/Buu and all their minions. At this stage there is nothing in Dragon Ball or Z that Krillin has done that would give him an edge as far as experience.

It's amazing and somewhat sad how far they are going to try to legitimatize Krillin. Had they developed him more during post Frieza DBZ, they wouldn't be in this mess.


It was nice to see Krillin and Goku "go all out" though.

One thing I have noticed about the animation is that they are making Goku, Vegeta, etc a lot more muscular compared to the beginning of super where the characters were noticeably a lot thinner compared to how they were in DBZ.

I'm kinda surprised they didn't bring any dead people back to be on the team. I mean Vegeta and Goku got were able to be resurrected temporarily just for the Budakai tournament. I'm pretty sure they could pull some strings since the universe is at stake.

I also really wish they would have thought of some way to keep Future Trunks in this timeline. He was such a good character and is basically what Gohan should have been.

Just imagine replacing all the scenes that Gohan was in with Future Trunks

Something tells me Krillin had a ace in the hole. They already made a point at showing its now all about bronze so I doubt krillin really thought he could beat goku with raw power. What he would have done might play out in the tournament.

I'm just speculating but the writers have been pretty good at explaining things further down the line and filling in the plot holes.

Edit: Krillin knows how goku fights almost better than anyone. Seeing how confident he was leads me to believe he def had something up his sleeve.

The more I think about it and the more these fights play out, im thinking Goku, Gohan and Vegeta may be the ones not pulling their own weight in the tournament. Meaning they're such straight forward fighters that the weaker Z squad members may have to bail them out of sticky situations.
