I still don't think they're on that level yet. Have they ever even shown Beerus powering up? This is a dude who destroys planets in his sleep (literally). He erases Gods effortlessly. He also seemed unfazed by Goku's power in the last episode.

Goku and Vegeta have to power up to SSB and they can't stay that way for long. Beerus is always at high power level and we've yet to see him really exert himself.

true, but beerus hasnt been training...so even though we havent seen him use all his power, his highest power hasnt changed...it was 10 when we met him, it's still 10 now....where as goku/vegeta have been training, increasing theirs....which shows in how easy they go, stay longer, and increase their power level while blue now....

and you right, he seemed unfazed last episode, but he was fazed when goku first showed the blue/kiokan (sp) mix....plus, you saw goku wasnt fazed when beerus got serious with him, which tends to get me thinking he got something up his sleeve...

...just saying, i think if they went all out, the level between them and beerus is a lot closer than people might realize....

I'm sure that Toriyama said that he had no plans for Vegeta and Goku to ever surpass Beerus and Whis.

you have a link?...i ask cause if you look at the interview a couple pages back posted that shows when he talks about the levels of whis, beerus, and goku/vegeta, he mentions how even though goku/vegeta are at a 6 at first, if they fight/train with stronger people, they eventually increase to the level of that person....he also said that doesnt mean they will be 15 like whis anytime soon, just to keep that in mind....

The problem with Goku and the rest of the Earth crew is that they got to power up to get to Beerus' level (if they even can). Goku and Vegeta never stay blue for very long and Beerus doesn't come across as someone who loses energy very quickly. I'm going to have to see a new SSJ transformation that's even more powerful and doesn't tax their energy to think any of the Saiyans have a chance.

I think they'll hold off until after the tournament to have Goku stronger than the Gods of Destruction. TBH, I think the show would lose a lot interest if Goku is confirmed to be the strongest ever.

I agree about the training though. Gods of destruction and Kais seem to last a very long time. Who knows when Beerus last trained or if he still even does. He seemed to seek out the SSJ God only out of boredom.

I don't trust this Grand Priest nikka. If you think about it the Zeno's haven't actually done anything. Grand Priest is the one laying out all the rules of the tournament and shyt. He's also the one who introduced the rule about the universes being destroyed. Zeno never actually mentioned it once. Dude seems to be the one making all the actual decisions while the Zeno's just chill and play.

Grand Priest the one pulling the strings trying to get the universes destroyed for some reason. Might mean that Whis and the other angels are even in on it since they're, of course, spared from being destroyed.

Power levels confuse me tbh. When Goku fought a less than full powered Beerus the shockwaves from their punches were gonna destroy the universe

Don't pay attention to power levels in Super. They don't make any sense.

Vegito vs Zamasu should've caused widespread destruction. SSJB Vegito would've washed every main villain from DBZ at the same time.

To be honest, they didn't for most of DBZ either.

The whole idea of power levels basically became irrelevant after the Frieza Saga.

The statement "6,10,15" are for the movies anyway, not for super. The movies are irrelevant with the movies. Both Beerus and Whis are more stronger than the anime And Beerus of course is still more stronger than Goku.

Toriyama changed many things, even the power levels. In the movie Beerus used 70% of his power against Goku. In the anime? who knows.
