I put all of Gohan's failings as a fighter on Chi chi....

And yeah, Watching Gohan's last fight all I could think was that Vegeta would be PISSED seeing him like that. Vegeta hate seeing Saiyans not live up their potential. Gohan got all the talent in the world to be THAT Dude, but Chi Chi made him soft will all that studying at shyt, it got worse once Videl put that p*ssy on him (which is weird considering Videl was all about that martial arts life).

If you really look at it Gohan only went through really intense training TWICE in the entirety of the series. The first time was when his real daddy Piccolo was training him as a kid during the Saiyan Saga, the second time was when Goku was training him in the Hyperbolic time chamber during the Cell Saga. The rest of the training Gohan does is pretty basic shyt for Z fighters and that's if he does any training at all.

Odds are we are gonna see Gohan Surpass Goku and Vegeta at some point during the series but it'll be brief and it'll be because Videl or Pan are in immediate danger. Any time you fukk with Gohan's people he snaps and that true potential is briefly unleashed, and every time he's unleashed that potential he's been more powerful than Goku and Vegeta. Even when he was a toddler those power spikes had him stronger than Goku.

No ones doubts Gohan's potential. Dude just can't fight, hes not a fighter. It's not in him. I don't think Chi Chi did that too him. Gohan grew up fighting his whole adolescent life.

Gohan with training could probably give Beerus that work.

Gohan is insanely powerful, but he almost never taps into the power because the nikka never trains. Even the times where he has tapped into that power he has a tendency to get cocky as fukk because he KNOWS he's miles ahead of everybody else. Also despite being trained by the strategy god Piccolo Gohan might be the dumbest of all the Z fighters in terms of combat.

If Gohan trained as hard and as often as Vegeta and Goku nobody would be able to see him in a fight.

Did the writers forget Gohan can sense Ki? Why did he need to somehow feel his opponent?

My recent hatred for Goku has been stifled considering what has been revealed

none of them could sense their fighters ki.
he used his sense's to fight then in ssj1 he used his ki like sonar
like...... all of that was explained in the past 2 episodes








my guess the only reason why they could sense universe 6's ki is because thats their twin universe

im sure if they trained to sense a specific universe's ki theyd eventually be able to sense it..... kinda like how they couldnt sense their own ki at one point and had to be taught

Not gonna like it if he ends up surpassing Goku and Vegeta again tho, especially after all the training they've done since Gohan stopped doing martial arts. I never even liked him surpassing them in the past, especially Goku.
