)Vegeta still said recently Gohan had the most power potenial even now. We've all seen glipses of that power come out throughout "Z". Again just do a small "Earth-Arc" and have the gang fight a Villian while Goku, Vegeta etc are off world on there God-Sh!t. Or have Videl and Pan get in danger forcing Gohan's hand.

Hohan ain't walking through that door. They already built a whole story about this dude being a scholar and family man. They can't have him go back to being a fighter and abandon his whole adult backstory
If the writers are smart they will devolep Gohan back into the story. The fans have spoken, they want Gohan back with a vengence. It would also make the story more interesting because he's been quiet this entire time. I got hype on the Freeza movie because he was fighting but sadly he got bodied, lol. Remember even in "GT" Gohan didn't have a huge role either.
Why did Toriyama play with our emotions like that, SMH.
