It's been probably more than a year, less than two years.
Pan's age is a pretty good indicator of the timeline. When Beerus first appeared was when they first found out Videl was pregnant (she wasn't showing yet). Now Pan is a toddler, so that gives you a good idea.
This made me appreciate the last episode even more.So beautiful.

Gogeta would be too easy ane broken. An SSB Gogeta would be stronger than Berrus and Whis. Black would get killed in seconds while I honestly believe Xeno will erase the existence of Zamasu. Only way I can see him being defeated.

I doubt they would ever do the potara vegetto fusion ever again. Vegeta was so reluctant to do it the first time and it only happened under a dire situation with the fate of the entire universe at hand. Their saving grace was Buus stomach splitting them up. Although it can't be ruled out due to them actively showing us potara earings throughout this whole arc. The Gogeta fusion would make much more sense because they wouldn't need much time to beat Black but with the power level of God's it might make the fusion go by quicker. i.e. (even though it's not cannon) SSJ4 Gogeta only lasted 15 minutes opposed to the regular 30

No other way to defeat Zamasu. Immortal body that heals any damage. Dude took a god kamahaha from black and brushed it off.
Maybe they could wish him away? Who knows.
