This definitely should've been written like Supreme Kai was like The Watcher of Marvel. Like he can't intervene and made him stronger because that was badass how they made everyone uneasy when he was first introduced. Had Piccolo not want to fight him out of respect. He should've warned everyone about Babidi but not have been allowed to interfere in mortal affairs or some shyt. Him having this suttle and mysterious entrance only to get curb stomped by Buu and scared of Goku and Vegetas power had me
