So it looks like merus is there about to fight with the backing of an angel, probably weiss, but it still isnt serious enough for beerus to get involved?

You'd think with Angel's involved, the god of destruction would realize that he probably should do something since shyt should never get bad enough for Angels to be involved in the first place.




How is this not bad writing again?

Beerus and Champa both have been shown to do whatever they want even with there side angel in their pockets.

Whis literally makes beerus do most the stuff that "needs" to be done from what we've seen.

It's not bad writing at all it's consistent with the character. Beerus quite literally moves at his own pace

Beerus quite literally serves no purpose as a god due to shyt writing.



The stated purpose is literally to keep balance, but now they just do whatever they feel. shyt writing.



Breh literally cared enough about balance in the universe to travel to a different universe to eliminate zamasu for murdering the supreme kai of that universe. But the lives to the kais in his own universe is in jeopardy and he doesn't give a damn, Angel's are stepping in to fix his problem at the risk of breaking their own laws, and he doesn't give a damn.

For reasons now, Seven-Three's ability has no time limit, even though it's not native to Moro? He now has every ability 7-3 has taken, and can use them FOREVER, even though they've expired already (piccolo regen)? Come on. This is terrible. They are really going overboard with this absorption crap.

It seems Vegeta only got a new ability just so the writer could have it serve as a way to prevent fusion and to increase the stakes. This is all so dumb.

Also given Beerus reaction from 2 chapters ago when he wanted something “tasty” I’m pretty sure he intended on intervening in some way by going to Earth or taking him to the Grand Priest. I would bet Merus gave up his rights to be an angel so he could fight himself.

the ONLY thing i hope for after this arc is the Z fighters train together and learn eachothers techniques and improve their teamwork.

I would like to see the following in no particular order.

1. Goku teaches EVERYONE Kaioken, Instant Transmission & the spirit bomb

2. Gohan obtains SSJ Blue and mixes it with his mystik state

3. Goten and Trunks obtain SSJ Blue and go into Whiz staff for 8 years and become adults

4. Piccolo reads the namek book of legends and implements more magical powers into his arsenal.

5. Androids 17 and 18 learn fusion for them as well as chaozu + kriian and tien and yamcha

6. They use the dragonballs and wish for unlimited stamina, ability to breathe in space, and instant regeneration.
