The excuse use for beerus ordering the destruction of planet vegeta is that the race was destructive by nature and had the potential to reach dangerously powerful peaks.
Gods of destructions were literally said to exist to make sure the universe progresses naturally, which means not letting ridiculously powerful brehs going around doing mass extinctions on planets and shyt.
This nikka moro has effectively one shotted 6 of the most powerful beings in universe 7 and is a threat to the Kais.
