Broly IS the LEGENDARY Super Saiyan... in the trailer, Vegeta makes it clear that Broly is still learning. He's only going to get stronger.

Always has been.. Just enjoy the fighting and powerups..

Toyataro is a good writer but due to time constraints put on him by the Broly movie coming out, he had to compress the ToP saga to get it finished before the movie came out. That's more so an editorial thing than his fault

Real talk. Neither the Super anime nor GT are great, but Toyotaro's trash manga makes them look like a masterpieces.

To be honest, the only parts of the franchise that has even remotely good storytelling are the King Piccolo, Saiyan and Namek arcs and the 90s Bardock and Future Trunks specials. Everything else just runs on the fights, the appeal of the characters and the humor.

I agree with Saiyan and Namek

King Piccolo it was decent but it didnt have a astounding story like those two other arcs.

DB has always been simple in storytelling. so we should expect this.

But I can see why some people are a bit dissapointed as they hyped the movie as being a "space opera"

American Dragon Ball fans tend to never talk about the actual story, it's all complaining about power levels like they think Toriyama got his calculators and flow charts out.

nah this is a flaw and a big one. Atleast with frieza they gave him 4 months training. Now a saiyan on a distant planet who say in captivity for 30+ years fighting lizard people with no fighting experience reqally can match 2 people who's constantly trained over 40 years is nonsese.

Don't get me wrong, I love this shyt.. I've been watching DB since 98-99. But for it's popularity, it's terrible bruh
