I hope Jiren's stare is actually a source of his power or something. Like, when dude opens his eyes and wrecks shyt it's like a saiyan going SSB for a bit Because so far it seems dude is using barely the surface of his power and that's just way too fukking OP considering the level the tourney is supposed to have. It's not even compelling imo I'm glad he's going back to the sidelines, the asspull needed for Goku to reach Ultimate Instinct is gonna be unnecessarily ridiculous.

It took 14 episodes to reach the first half of the tournament. Will they take a similar amount of eps to close this out - or for the "real villain" of the arc to appear - or will they speed through most of what's left to go back to Goku vs Jiren asap

plot armor was the only thing saving the obvious move of having one of the saiyans fire a ki blast that destroyed the ground jiren was standing on while paralyzed thus eliminating him
