I didn't disagree with your post, I just had no other valid response. SSJ Goku now is probably stronger than any single previous character in the DBZ universe (outside of maybe Kid Buu or maybe Super Perfect Cell) so It's hard to debate

I hope these revivals of the Dragon Ball Z movies lead to spin off movies where we see concepts like: Piccolo Yamcha and Tien are somewhere by themselves and it's up to only those 3 to save the day, a Gohan stan alone film, a "Young Justice" like film with Trunks and Goten saves the day, Master Roshi has to step up to save the day after the other Z warriors are kidnapped or some scenario like that, and etc...

I didn't grow up on kai... I rewatched the OG DUB. Namek saga was.
Frieza killed Dende, Krillin and Vegeta.. hands down the goat DBZ villain. Cell's motives were weak, and Buu was insane.

I like what they did with Cell in multiverse tho..

I would be on board for a Dragonball expanded universe. Having other movies focused on Piccolo, Tien, and Krillin, and giving them more shine, salvaging Gohan, the further adventures of futureTrunks, and expanding on the DVDs world as a whole
