Yes but Regular Buu was powerful but not as powerful. It wasn't until he got to later forms by consuming the Saiyans.

It's debatable. Later forms of course Buu would of bodied Freeza. Again we are only basing this off the fact it took multiple Saiyan forms to beat Buu. I'd argue it took the most power to beat him yes. But at the time Freeza was in the picture he was "Dormant" as you said. Buu wouldn't of been on Bills Radar while Freeza was destorying Races and Planets across the galaxy.

I'd also say that Buu's initial rampage across the universe was more impressive than what Frieza and his goons accomplished. Frieza is a far greater villain, but he is a gnat compared to the major players in the later sagas.

Kid Buu would probably be stalemated by Perfect Cell, Majin Vegeta, Teen Gohan etc. in power levels alone, remember that Goku SSJ 3 was beating the fukk out the fat one and he was clearly stronger than Kid Buu, its just that Kid version was literally insane and unreadable in a fight, its like giving the Joker Superman powers....

also I think the time line goes like

Bills hibernation ------- Majin Buu Creation/Rampage/Sealing-----Frieza Birth and Reign ----- Bills awakening

When he seen Freezgawd fukking up the Galaxy for him and bringing mass death and destruction he said nd went right back to sleep cuz there was no need for him, and he obviously missed Cell and Buu so thats why he was mention Frieza

and I think Frieza might bust out the Cooler 4th form or an Omega form in this movie

Yeah, they definitely planned all of this long ago, BOGs was just to build a foundation for continuity. This movie id probably where the series will start to feel like old fashion DBZ again

Not really a stan of his, but I hope Vegeta delivers the final blow to destroy Freeza

Its all but confirmed that the Kai version of Frieza will voice him in 2016 the guy who directs the voice overs for the English dub who is also the voice of Vegeta, Piccolo and a bunch of other nikkas pretty much said on twitter he's going to give the part to the Kai actor unless Funimation interferes and wants Linda Young(the original one we grew up with) to do it.. I hope they do though, its weird hearing these Kai voices.. Bulma on the last movie was bad enough

But its worth noting that Oolong and Android 18 got their original voice actors back and they had the original Frieza voice playing during the flashback in the last movie.. so lets hope Funimation tries to go after that nostalgic money and not ruin nikkas childhood with that Kai shyt

I met both Chris (the dude that does the voice for Frieza in Kai) and kicked it with Greg Ayres (Dude who does the voice for Guldo in Kai) a few times, they come up to the spot yearly cause they love the city here. Chris Sabat (Voice of Vegeta, Piccolo and others) came here a couple years too. From what I know, going off the demeanor of these guys, they wouldn't mind at all giving it to Linda Young. They're fans first. Of course I'm sure they'd love to get that dragon ball check, but they'd rather it be good than get bread off it. Cool people.


That said.... Can't wait to watch it when it comes out.
