As for his power level, the fact Bills and Whills are returning leads me to believe the Z fighters will need their help to fight Freeza this time. I wonder if they wish him back but with more power. Anyways can't wait.

thats irrelevant. when you die, your soul is cleansed and you become a new life form, as explained by Piccolo to Vegeta when he asked "Will I see that lowlife Kakarrot after I die." Goku, and certain people were allowed to keep their bodies because of what they had done to protect people/earth. so there's no way Freeza can come back. All that "Hell/HFIL" stuff is all filler and non canon which means Toriyama will have some serious explaining to do if Freeza really is revived.
