Once you hit level 30, you can start talking to Vegeta who will start giving you side missions, eventually leading to a mission that has you fight solo against both Vegeta and Goku while both are ssj...then you'll unlock it once beating them.

Yea, but all races this game have a transformation that are equally as powerful...Might be a stupid question, but Saiyan race only right?

For the most part not really, there's a set script and you stick with it. You can however do side missions for the bad guys where you help them do stuff, like helping Raditz and Nappa fight the Z warriors

I'm still skeptical of buying. With the first one, other than the story the game lost steam, really offered nothing. This seems more of the same. I may wait to see if I can get it half off on Black Friday.

beat story mode, i was a level 40 doing level 50 missions. Now to work on these PQ. I gotta get a new pSN card. anyone know where i can get one on the cheap?
I don't think it will be half priced with it only being out a month, but good luck if it is. This game seems to have more depth than the last one. You can go to namek, frieza's spaceship, buu's crib, etc.. and do more missions. Depending on the race you choose you can align yourself with them and do missions with them.
