Not everyone needs a 2L. 2L being a must have is only the meta at tournament levels, I really don't have a lot of problems opening people up with Trunks online. I think he's the best characters in the game at baiting reflects too.

If Trunks had a 2L, he'd be OP imo

he's already got one of the craziest cross up games between that flip bullshyt.... its looking like he can damn near cancel his S attacks now too
