- faculty/staff, heating/electric/plumbing/general utilities, food supplies, transportation... is it a boarding school?

Those are not numbers. That is a list of potential expenses, and they do not include the likely donations that will continue to come his way. Your premise did not intend to seriously scrutinize the numbers, but is nothing more than vague naysaying.

What's the tuition going to be where the average person makes around 30K in Wilmington? He can't raise enough money to get professional work done and he's going to pay all of this? You nikkas need to stop living in Never Never Land.

What are the your expense figures? You're not saying shyt without numbers. Give me estimate of the expenses based on the study body population, and the average operating and overhead cost for similar size scholars in the region. If you don't have those figures, then what fukk were you basing this naysaying on?

There should still be a committee because they create policies, procedures, short/long term goals and a level of oversight.

So again...with over a quarter million in funds still needed for a functional facility (the school) what would they need to meet for if that basic goal of a tangible structure has not been met? Are they supposed to meet in the hallways for an indefinite length of time until the rennovation funds are collected? We can assume that there is no definite nor substantial and consistent source of donations for a schedule of goal completion, so what would this committee really be doing for that indefinite period?

What sort of financial professional would allow the situation to get the taxes to be out of whack in this manner?

Umm...the one who he complained about in several videos about two years ago...The financial advisor did not file for tax exempt status, which lead to a bill from the city that his hating fakkits were eagerly making videos about. The issue had been resolved, which is why the fakkits don't bring that "tax bill" up anymore. These mf's went as far as to accuse Umar of lying about purchasing the building, which was clearly false. This Umar hate has something ingenuine fueling it, and I hate it. I will call it out every time that I feel it necessary.

It's obvious he's got no one who has a financial background dealing with this school nonsense.

For the last 4 years at least, Dr. Umar Johnson has been under the microscope of the so-called “Conscious Community” over the funds he’s received for the building and establishing of the Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey (FDMG) Academy. All you have to do is perform a Google search for “Dr. Umar Johnson”, and you’ll see at least 1.5 million search results pop up of several people attempting to expose Dr. Umar Johnson for allegedly squadering away all the money that was donated to the FDMG Academy GoFundMe account, and how the FDMG Academy is alledgedly has a $150k tax-debt with the City of Wilmington and New Castle County municipal corporations. All over the internet you will find so-called black people calling Dr. Umar “Ifatunde” a “fraud”. What has been confirmed by Dr. Umar Johnson himself is that the Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey (FDMG) Academy does indeed have a $150k tax-debt with the city and county municipal corporations. Dr. Umar Johnson has stated that the back-taxes are a result of what can only be defined as “collusion” by the parties that are alleged to be responsible for the fruition of the tax debt now liened up Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey (FDMG) Academy. Dr. Umar Johnson alleges that the closing sales attorney for the Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey (FDMG) Academy didn’t advise him that he had 14 days from the date of purchase of the Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey (FDMG) Academy to apply for 501(c)(3) taxation. By not being advised of this very important fact, the Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey (FDMG) Academy was placed in jeopardy. Even at the time of the posting of this video, the Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey (FDMG) Academy is STILL awaiting for the approval of the 501(c)(3) tax-exemption by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Due to all that, which sounds like more than enough hardship, JudahSon decided to attempt to be apart of the solution by showing how Dr. Umar Johnson can utilize African Spirituality as a way to totally bypass the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) when it comes to the 501(c)(3) tax-exemption. In this video, JudahSon will dive into 508(C)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and prove using the law that the Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey (FDMG) Academy DOES NOT NEED PERMISSION from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to exercise RELIGIOUS NON-TAXATION."

Why would a fraud go through all of this trouble to masquerade this show when he already collected the bulk of the money? Why is this even an issue if "Umar ran off with the money". Why isn't he off in Africa living like a King off of the donations if his intent was to steal?

Then why do you care about what he does or doesn’t do with other peoples money?

I personally donated at least $50 to him, but every BA has a right to criticize him and the Jay Morrison's of the world.

They're scammers, these dudes create a false narrative that we have the resources at large to build institutions/business, when we don't(median black family is worth less than $5k, and a 1/3 of blacks are at 0 or neg worth). When they're ventures fail, they turn around and blame BA for "not supporting them", instead of owning up to us not having enough $ and their shady business practices.

It's going to be hard for BA to get what we're owed(reparations, punishment of race soldiers, etc), if we can't even handle the traitors amongst us.

So how bad was the tennis girl part? Her name is slippin my memory for the moment. I mean he had to get in front of the video on a Sunday, so I'm wondering how bad was what he said about her?

it was the same as the video he put up pretty much.

Judging on generally accepted estimates it's around 15-20K per child per school year. How many kids does Umar plan to have in these schools Year 1? Year 3? Year 5? We don't know because there's absolutely no plan - something that a school council/committee would have figured out. Without those numbers it's insane to make any projections. Since the guy can't even get repairs done nor pay off the tax arrears, it seems very unlikely they'll hit their operational budget via the cashapp.

It's 2021 and a pandemic, Zoom/GotoMeeting/Microsoft Teams are a thing. Again - you need to figure out a long term plan of profitability or you're pissing in the wind. Umar has none of this nor has he any desire to implement any of this. It's all a ruse.

This is completely absurd - nothing is ever Umar's fault. The white attorney didn't tell me I had to apply for tax exempt status. Do you know how that sounds?

Carrot on a stick - it's a long con. If I collect $1M and run off, that's it. I get prosecuted, go to jail, etc. If I tell you I'm building a school and emotionally trigger you by talking about black kids, then I can rob you blind into perpetuity. When the boondoggle eventually collapses, I can blame black people for not giving me enough money. He's already asked for another half a mil for the repairs and tax arrears to get cleared. It's never ending.

Meanwhile, if you actually want to support a black man who is actually educating black children, you can donate here: Trey Whitfield School | Nurturing yet Vigorous Educational Environment | Brooklyn, NY 11207 - he's not busy calling black people trifling for not giving him enough money.
