From what I've heard in the last two years, yes it does. There was an issue with the original attorney who did not apply for the status, but I believe that this issue has long been cleared.

- faculty/staff, heating/electric/plumbing/general utilities, food supplies, transportation... is it a boarding school? What's the tuition going to be where the average person makes around 30K in Wilmington? He can't raise enough money to get professional work done and he's going to pay all of this?
