I ain’t a Buddhist first and foremost, secondly I ain’t called Budda in real life and thirdly i didn’t even think of the name that deep. One thing is for sure is if I had a choice to choose my name I wouldn’t choose the one of my racist grandparents who didn’t speak to my mother and shunned my father till I was a fully grown child star. fukk that culture in my culture the child takes the fathers name and that’s the name I would be taking and if I was a man in that situation even more so, what I look like giving my daughter the name of her racist ass grandparents and their parents and parents before that out of choice.

fukk that shyt, that same Japanese culture want to claim her now she’s world famous but this is the same culture that completely shunned her and would still shun her if not for her stardom.
did you change your slave master last name :jbhmm:

My only problem with Naomi is her surname.

Why would she not take on the last name of the man who taught her everything you know(her father)?

The Osaka's don't even fukk with her.

It was part of the deal her father made with Japan tennis

That's wrong.
That was always her name.
That is what they decided her name would be before she ever had a tennis racket in her hand. :heh:

I thought it was Japanese law that the baby has to take surname of the Japanese parent if baby is born on Japanese soil.

This is also wrong.
Yu Darvish, Dave Roberts don't have Japanese surnames.

It's amazing how people's minds are blown off of her history :heh:.

This is false. You can also play for the country your mom or dad was born in.

A Quarter Of The Olympic 100m Semifinalists Are Jamaican - FloTrack

You can also gain citizenship by being given money by another nation.

Unsurprisingly, the Jamaican trio of Usain Bolt, Nickel Ashmeade, and Yohan Blake automatically qualified to tomorrow's Olympic 100m semifinals. They'll be joined there, though, by a full B team of Jamaicans. Kemarley Brown, Andrew Fisher, and Jak Ali Harvey all are Jamaican-born, and all qualified---but representing Bahrain, Bahrain, and Turkey, respectively.

What's amazing is this article forgot to mention Asuka Cambridge who was repping Japan but was also born in Jamaica. :pachaha:

Umar should be worrying more about the quarter million arrears he has on those abandoned buildings than attempting to criticize Naomi.

Has he call black folk trifling again for not giving him a blank check for his multiple boondoggles?

Umar Johnson is a dumb ass and so is the OP.

She’s playing for Japan in theOlympics because she was BORN there. She wasn’t born in Haiti. Does this idiot not know people play for the country they are born in in the Olympics? :dead:

No wonder he’s live-streaming from a landfill behind some abandoned row houses Chris and Snoop left bodies in.

Townsend has been an utter failure who can’t even manage the discipline to maintain adequate fitness to compete on the tour level. Keys has underperformed considering she was the heir apparent to Serena Williams throne but was one upped losing to Sloane Stephens HANDILY in the US Open final..who after winning that title four years ago, has fallen all the way the fukk off. The USTA has had a long history of fukking up like this when it’s come to sorting out talent and developing it. They would’ve FINALLY given the US a true successor to Serena Williams if they had used some fukking sense.
They don't know how to evaluate or train talent. People forget Richard pulled both of them out of USTA for two years.

Speaking of which, who got Taylor knocked up?

Hating on women is the building block all this shyt is built on. No matter how talented or qualified or successful or attractive these women - most of whom are black - are, it doesn’t matter. Because ultimately these men have created a mental construct of power where you can sit in your momma’s basement watching an Umar/KS/Tariq video and say “I knew she worth wasn’t shyt.” She’s not married. Who cares how much money she makes. Her education doesn’t matter. She’s not doing the things I think matter most, and therefore she ain’t shyt.

It’s a comforting way to deal with your own failures, when you can flip the script and criticize someone else in order to cope with your own feeling of powerlessness/emasculation. And I don’t think it’s a coincidence that many of these men - KS, Umar, Tariq etc - essentially become father figures for the fatherless.

Sheesh. Heat check post

Good lord..still wider than a Greyhound bus and only 25. :snoop:

When she first started playing she rested solely on her power and athleticism which had her actually hanging around in games..if she would’ve committed herself to training and fitness, she would’ve been DANGEROUS. All the resources the USTA pooled behind her and her coaches and family couldn’t even get her to keep her weight in check.

Maybe she can pull a Capriati and do something later in her career but damn.

he wasn’t.

but you’re using how her grandparents acted as a way to shyt on all Japanese people & culture & you’re saying she shouldn’t represent them.

I can do the same for racist Asians who are Buddhist..if there are racist Buddhist then why are you representing that ideology?

To be fair, Budda wasn't Japanese. The dude is talking specifically about racist Japanese grandparents.

Doesn't really have much to do with peace loving Indian Buddha

I don't think there's anything wrong with having "Budda" as a username while criticizing Japanese racists.

That would be the same as calling a black person with some username referring to Christianity, a hypocrite for calling out Middle Eastern racists...

Well reasoned. :ehh:
