He didn't use a scientific method but his methods have been said to cure many people of disease. Michael Jackson went to him and Left eye among others so I think there may be something to it.

I just can't stick to his diet though, I mean he want a nikka to eat bland foods and drink them strong ass herbs. A nikka got to eat flavorful foods man, though I can do the herbs. However the thing is when I did his herbs in the past I saw no real difference and they say you have to stick with it to see improvements. It's not a quick fix or instant thing but I still don't rule out the possibility of it working.

There are loopholes. For example, Antibiotics were used on organic Apples and Pears:

Dr Sebi generally had some good info but I don't take these guys word 100%. I mean I've heard it all, everything is bad for you.


I eat a plant based diet, been doing it for almost a decade now. There's a good and bad way to everything. There's lots of misinformation and ill advised "health expert" nonsense over the internet especially in regards to natural healing and plant based diets. I've spent the better of the last few days looking up info in regards to this and it's lots of things I come across that don't add up.

Not reproducible. It's not very hard for Dr. Sebi's "study" to be taken seriously because the basics of a study have not been taken care of.

You have to watch his lectures to understand bruh. He didn't create any studies in that sense but has done research and has healed people with herpes, aids and even blindness according to what I have heard. they say he beat the supreme court when they told him he was practicing medicine without a license because he gave out herbs and not medicine and had over 70 witnesses come with documentation to prove he healed them.

Maybe that kind of understanding he had is why he succeeded and the scientist are still scratching their heads.

His studies were held by observing nature and by his mentor Alfredo Crotez a Mexican healer who set him on the path he went on. He is not a scientist but I'm sure he had a hypothesis and did his own research. Saw what worked and what didn't. He claims when he was 30 he was diabetic and impotent and he tried raw eggs and multitude of things, he even went through the carrot juice thing when that was a craze but none of it worked and he found out he was eating the wrong things. He also fasted a lot I believe.
