No I don't take any "supplements". I've been Vegan for over 9 years, all that fear mongering over deficiencies seem to be misguided.
The Vitamin B12 Issue - some of the myths exposed!
Nah I just eat a wide variety of legumes, nuts/seeds, fruits and vegetables. Things like Moringa, Spirulina, Alfalfa, Hemp Seeds, black seed etc all are chock full of vitamins and minerals. It's the natural "multi vitamin".
I generally feel great daily depending on what I eat. The thing is just because something is "vegan" doesn't mean it's healthy. Some vegans eat lots of starchy processed foods and then get sick and that result gets people to go suddenly want to prescribe pork chops
I generally have a fruit smoothie/green smoothie in the morning like for example:Banana, frozen fruits, Irish Moss powder, Hemp Seeds, Almond Butter, handful of greens. Lunch can be anything from some vegan sushi, bowl of rice/veggies and a protein(Tempeh, tofu, seitan, beans/legumes) or veggie burgers/salads w/e. Dinner usually something similar. there's just too much to name to state.
Not fat, that's just my nickname. I'm like 5'6/7 and weigh about 155~160 last time I checked.
I first went vegan shortly after high school about 9 years ago. I was fat, must've weighed like 185~200 pounds. I did a herbal cleanse with a raw foods vegan diet and lost weight and kept the diet. Rarely do I eat something non vegan but I don't trip if something got a lil honey in it or w/e. I've had things that contained dairy by accident but it was small amounts. I don't really trip over that.
