The information has been consistent. Take precautions, social distance, wear masks, and avoid group gatherings, do not travel unless necessary, contact medical officials if ill.

The only "inconsistent" information has come from people with no expertise or inexperience in the area, from Trump and his ilk, to fringe characters, to right-wing media.

But that’s what I’m saying though. I work in local media and see this shyt first hand. People are listening to whoever they want to listen to. I mean I’m in North Carolina and I can’t say anything bad at all about how Governor Cooper and the rest of his team has treated this shyt. He has done an amazing job, but if you ask people on the streets about it, you might get half saying he’s doing great, and half saying he’s not doing a good job. I’m trying to tell people this too. I don’t know if anybody here remembers those essential worker letters or whatever they were that we were supposed to carry just in case we got pulled over by the police during the lockdown? Well I’ve worked every day during this whole shyt and never got pulled over, never had police or military yell at me or chase me down for being outside, etc. people were out there doing their normal shyt during the most intense lockdown stage in North Carolina. People were never forced to stay in.
