Jesus Christ that trumpet solo to end the album. :whoo: Perfect ending.

The elephant in the room, figuratively speaking, is Loose Cannons. The way that it completely contrasts from the rest of the album and how it ends, I think maybe it should've been last, along with the darker tracks on the album like Deep Water and Medicine Man

lol @ Dre on the outro saying "Where's Ren At!?!", knowing damn well he's somehwere feeling salty as hell that he didn't get on the record. I wonder what the deal is there. He coulda gave Ren something on here, shyt, not even a full 16 woulda been fine.

Havent listened yet..but i was about to ask the same question..'where the fukk is Ren at'? :dahell:

coulda thrown King Tee and Quik in there too

About halfway through, this is a very different sounding album from Dre.

Was expecting a little more "bounce," it's smooth, but a little too smooth sometimes. But nothing is "driving at sunset" smooth.

Maybe this was by design to let the artists shine a little more. However, my main criticism (at least initially) to me some of the flows are a little too "abstract." Like everyone else was trying to do their best Kendrick impression.

Not a bad album so far though.

edit: 2nd half of the album is much better.

'Animals' is the best song, by far.

Either my rip is shytty, or the mastering on this album is awful. I've got to adjust the volume after every song.
