The producer Dem Jointz is one to definitely watch... Genocide, Deep Water and Satisfiction are straight headbangers.

havent listened to it yet. but understand something. there hasnt been an album in THIS new era that has made you feel like 2001 or chronic be honest. not one hiphop album. part of that is the wackness we hear today. the other part is the mentality we now have with music period. out with the old in with the new is literally a week to week thing now. back then you road with an album, you were not judging it day one. you didnt really start judging it until a good 3 weeks to a month later. now its after you half listen to it. on one go round. no telling how you will feel about it a week from now, next week. a month, etc. you may love it, some songs may grow on you. that is how most WHOLE albums become classics. other songs that you were not even vibing to in the beginning starts to grow on you. but if you toss any album in the trash day one. there's no way for you to experience the 'grow on you' effect.
understand something, creh. I know all of this. I am not the pop shop rap fan thats out here today.

I will listen and my opinion may change, but when I first put 2001 in my discman so many years ago, that shyt just felt different. I dont think rap music has ever caught up to that album since. You know when something is that shyt right away. You have desire to continue to play it more. I dont feel that way towards this album.

I don't understand the love for the Eminem verse.

Slowly build up at the start and then explode to a scream at the end. Same tired formula minus the double time flow.

He's absolutely finished and Obie's album is better than this.
