Album stays on repeat
shame for Marsha and Dre to be honest
Interscope had no idea what to do with this
And the longer people go on using Spotify etc instead of actually purchasing music then this is the way it will stay. That's the thing though.
Labels aren't promoting and marketing artists anymore. Those days are over. They're giving artists smaller budgets, and the artists themselves are the ones out there pushing their own music. That's why Billie Eilish just said that she's the one pushing her album now because Interscope isn't going to do it. These companies are trying to save money now. So if you have a name already, they want you to use it to get people to support the music. That's why so many of these artists are doing these social media campaigns now. It's really all they have today.

I slept a bit hard on this. Had I known the amount of Hip hop samples being flipped I mightve pressed play earlier but that's irrelevant. This shyt is incredible and it's a shame it got zero promo.
damn...No promo in the world was gonna get people to be interested in Marsha Ambrosias breh, lets just keep it a buck.

you are right and the album was pretty dope when I listened to it but I forgot about it until I just saw this thread. lol. I think a major issue is how they let people know they were doing an album and the shyt took years to drop. you cant have people waiting for shyt for years.
