Ya in the ultimate universe nick fury was black. But the ultimate universe is basically a retcon of classic marvel. So there was a bit of backlash for that change, I remember people not liking that too much. I myself hate the ultimate universe...too many changes. As far as the codename thing @R=G can clear that up.

This is most definitely a Marketing Research project. I remember we discussed something like this during my final semester in grad school.

Universal has Namor

Everything else has went back to Marvel.

We can forget X-Men & Spiderman. Those are huge money makers for Fox & Sony

Realistically, I can definitely see Marvel getting Namor back as I haven't heard shiit about Namor movie.

It may be a while for Fantastic Four as well. Despite the movies being terrible, they actually did good at the box office. However, I believe seeing Marvel's success brought life back into the project. Fox plans to use Marvel's blueprint & create their own universe. Could potentially see FF & X-Men crossovers in the future.
