It’s safe to assume there was some sort of non-disclosure agreement between him and Twitch. Why they would agree to that I have no idea. I doubt very many streamers on their platform get that sort of treatment. They should have never agreed to something so stupid and they should have aired him out when they banned him. They absolutely protected him by not disclosing that. He would have been ruined at the ban had they revealed it upfront.
