I was playing pubg literally the most famous battle royale at the time and H1z1 when they pivoted to battle royale that's how I heard of him. He was a top player in both games. You couldn't run from this guy or shroud and ninja if you played those games or fortnite back then. And I don't care how cool people want to act they heard of one of those three names if you play video games.

Then he was really fukking good with a sniper rifle so he ran with it and got famous while those games were getting popular.. literally at the start of fortnite and pubg's popularity. Plus being entertaining, he blew up.
I played all them games. Key word played. I wasnt watching some cac play games cuz i was busy playing

go ahead and try that age of consent defense in court

If no law is broken it's nothing to talk about. I don't know where he or the supposed under 18 person lives. You can't move someone around for sex purposes to a legal jurisdiction for consent and prostitution etc...but if they both in the same state and the consent age is right it's a non story.

If he broke a law ....why was it not reported to the police? Contracts have morality clauses I'm sure ...why did they pay him?

Maybe what he did wasnt creepy enough to break any laws or morality clauses, but creepy enough for twitch to get rid of him. Besides we dont know why he got paid. For example, maybe twitch saw the creepy shyt and wanted to use the morality clause to get rid of him. He countersued and won because depending on the language of the contract and what he did, he technically couldnt be let go.

The fact that company he founded, did their own investigaton and got rid of him after it should probably say something. :yeshrug:

Are people purposefully acting stupid?

Dr. Disrespect did not technically break the law because he did not have sex with an underaged girl. But if he was texting back and forth with an underaged girl to eventually meet up with her at Twitchcon then it's enough to severe business relationships with him.

There is most likely proof of the text but the parties involved probably don't want to release them because the girl is underaged and doesn't want to eventually be doxxed by weirdos on the internet. Her parents probably also want this to be done behind the scenes as well.

This is now starting to get steam outside of just the gaming community.

That's just business.

How come these investigation teams just like the NFL....know more than every professional LE agency?

If no laws were broken. There is no conversation. If no charges are being filed there is no conversation.

But maybe it's like a sting. If you hand the female officer money and don't talk about sex explicitly...nothing happens.
